How to use

With clean, dry hands, warm a small amount of balm between your palms. Gently massage onto baby's skin, avoiding eyes and mouth. Use daily as needed.

Is the Baby Soothing Balm safe for newborns and infants?

Yes. Our balm is made with plant-based, fair-trade ingredients and formulated specifically for delicate baby skin. It’s free from parabens, phthalates, VOCs, sulfates, and synthetic fragrances. As with any new product, we recommend a patch test, especially for newborns or sensitive skin.

Does the balm contain fragrance?

Yes, but only from pure lavender essential oil, with no synthetic fragrances or harsh additives. Lavender is commonly used in baby care for its gentle, calming properties.

What areas of the body can I use this balm on?

The balm is safe to use on dry patches, cheeks, elbows, knees, or anywhere your baby needs extra moisture and protection. It creates a breathable barrier that helps soothe and soften irritated or dry skin.

Can I use this balm for diaper changes? / How often should I apply it?

While our balm is rich and protective, it is not a medicated diaper cream. It can be used as a moisture barrier for mild dryness or irritation; however, for treating diaper rash, consult your pediatrician. / Apply as needed throughout the day, especially after bath time or in dry, windy, or cold weather. A little goes a long way, thanks to its rich, nourishing texture.
